You also have the option of contacting CONCEDUS GmbH, Nuremberg, directly with your complaint, provided that your complaint relates to investment brokerage. The European Commission has established a European Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . Consumers may use this platform for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online contracts with a company established in the EU.
