Founded

heartstocks emerges from the observation: asset managers want to tokenise, but nobody builds the infrastructure turnkey.

2022
eWpG groundwork

The electronic-securities act has applied since June 2021. We build the first compliant structures.

2023
First white-label

First production platform goes live under a client brand, complete investment processing in own brand shell.

2024
Multi-tenant stack

Platform logic is fully multi-tenanted. One codebase, multiple brands, shared compliance.

2025
Scaling

Tipster, distribution and API models are rolled out. The stakeholder layer opens up the business.

2026
KVG partnership, first special AIF

Through a connected registered capital management company (KVG) as partner, the first special AIF is structured.
